HPB appoints creative & media partners

Singapore - DDB has been appointed as the creative agency of record to work on the Health Promotion Board’s (HPB) adult health programmes while Mindshare has won the Board's media account.
DDB has partnered with HPB since 2006, and will develop and manage communications for the adult heatlth programmes, including AIDS awareness and smoking control. The appointment covers creative advertising and direct marketing.
Mindshare picked up the media business, believed to be worth around S$8 million, following a pitch. A pitch for HPB’s youth health division is currently still on.
