Vig on board at BBDO/Proximity

• BBDO/Proximity appoints AD for SingTel digital and direct biz

Singapore - BBDO/Proximity Singapore has appointed Safina Vig as account director to head SingTel's digital and direct business.

Vig arrives from BBDO/Proximity Canada where she spent the last six years handling key accounts such as Mars, Royal Bank of Canada, Fallsview Casino Resort, UNICEF and Campbell's Soup.

Prior to that role she was worked at Wunderman Canada handling AT&T, Citibank and Kraft. She reports to Jean-Paul Burge, CEO of BBDO/Proximity Singapore.

"With over nine years of Direct and CRM expertise, Safina brings with her a depth of experience and knowledge of the business," Burge said.

"Her skill-set will complement what we are building here but more importantly her familiarity with our culture and the way we work will mean a seamless transition into her new role."
