Australia - The cream of Australia's media buying crop posted strong billings in the past year with Nielsen data showing seven of the country's top agencies recorded double digit growth.
Australia's largest media buying house Mitchell & Partners saw its billings jump 11% to $920-930 million. OMD, part of the Omnicom group, jumped 12% to $740-750 million.
The Nielsen AIS report estimates of main media billings for the top 20 agencies in Australia.
Nielsen's figures are estimates of gross main media spend only and do not include online, subscription television, regional radio, regional non-daily and suburban newspapers and lower circulating consumer magazines advertising.
