Sara Lee marketer on Ridsect and Kiwi

• Putri Shireen Syed Othman now marketing manager for Ridsect and Kiwi
• Joined Sara Lee in 2001 as brand manager
  

Malaysia – Sara Lee Corporation has appointed Putri Shireen Syed Othman as marketing manager to handle its insecticide brand Ridsect and shoe polish brand Kiwi.

In this new role, Putri told A + M she will work to continue to grow the strong household brand names.

"I just seized it [the opportunity] as I am always working on strengthening market leadership," she said.

She joined Sara Lee in 2001 as brand manager and moved to take on the role of senior brand manager three years later.
