Singapore - MobileOne's (M1) chairman of its board of directors Lim Chee Onn has resigned from his post after almost 10 years in the role.
Lim's departure follows that of CEO and director Neil Montefiore who left M1 last month after 12 years with the company. Lim, who has also stepped down as a director, has been replaced as chairman by Teo Soon Hoe.
Teo has been a director of M1 since May 1996, and is also chairman of Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation and Keppel Philippines Holding.
"The Board will miss Chee Onn's leadership. With the guidance and support of my fellow Directors, we will work towards building on M1's achievements in order to continue to deliver strong shareholder value," Teo said in a statement.
