Singapore - Rocket X Media has named Joan Kho (far left) to the position of creative services director - Kho is responsible for overseeing the production, studio and traffic departments and heads a team of eight.

In her newly created position, Kho reports to Richard Tunbridge, ECD at Rocket X, and works on clients such as EDB, IPOS, Cisco Security and Norton Securities.

"Joan's appointment is representative of our commitment to efficiency for our clients as previously, each suit used to liaise separately with suppliers so this consolidates everything under one arm if you will - Joan is also a manically diligent and efficient person," Marc Nicholson, CEO of Rocket X said.

Kho was most recently with David Communications where she was creative services director for two years and before that, was head of creative services with Draft FCB. Clients she has worked on include DBS, POSB, Kris Flyer, HP, HSBC Bank and Vivocity.

In separate news, Rocket X's senior account director Clement Tay has left the agency to take up a teaching position at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. The agency has promoted account director Geraldine Tay (left) to fill the vacancy - she now oversees the agency's suits and holds responsibility for all Rocket X accounts.
