Singapore - At least three agencies, including incumbents Mindshare and PHD, have made it to the second round of pitching for Health Promotion Board's (HPB) SG$8 million media account.
While both client and agencies refused to comment, sources say the second round of pitch is due soon. The third agency amongst the shortlists is Universal McCann.
The media duties for HPB are currently split between PHD and MindShare, but will be consolidated with one agency.
Other ongoing pitches by HPB include one each for youth and adult divisions for their creative accounts.
