ESS makes marketing hire

Singapore - ESPN STAR Sports (ESS) has appointed Paul Tan as assistant director of marketing for Southeast Asia.
Tan's new remit will see him work towards strengthening ESS' brand assets amongst trade partners and audiences across the region.
Tan has spent more than 10 years working for agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi (Beijing & Singapore), Bates 141 and DY&R, where he led account servicing teams in managing blue-chip clients. He was previously group account director for Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing, where he was overseeing HP China's Personal Systems Group account.
Tan will report to Paras Sharma, senior director of marketing & corporate communications for ESS.
