Nestle will be conducting a review of media agencies for its businesses in Malaysia and Singapore. This is in a bid to reexamine ways to manage media requirements such as strategy, planning and buying, in line with rapidly-changing digital platforms, as well as the evolving media landscape and agencies.
The review will ensure that Nestle continues to be strongly-positioned in today’s fast-paced and competitive business environment. The successful agency will be announced by the end of the third quarter this year. Mindshare, the incumbent for both Malaysia and Singapore, was invited to pitch.
A spokesperson from Nestle told A+M that the appointment will be from 1 January 2019 onwards. Nestle’s last media review for Malaysia and Singapore was conducted in 2013.
In March, Nestle Malaysia reappointed Society to manage digital duties for MILO, Nestle Ice Cream and Nestle Breakfast Cereals. Society is responsible for duties including digital strategy, campaign planning, website maintenance, social media assets creation and management as well as video production.
