MullenLowe China appoints CFO

MullenLowe China has appointed Gary Zhang as chief finance officer with responsibility for our offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.Current CFO/COO Tanner Tan will be leaving MullenLowe China to embark on a new venture as founder and CEO of an e-commerce business.As a member of the management team, Zhang will work closely with MullenLowe China CEO Fanny Yum, chief strategy officer Baiping Shen and chief creative officer Eddie Wong.Zhang will lead the finance team and report to MullenLowe China CEO Fanny Yum and MullenLowe Asia Pacific, regional chief Financial officer, Will Waddington.Prior to MullenLowe China, Zhang was finance director of Ruder Finn China, and held numerous financial leadership roles at Maersk group in China and overseas. He brings a breadth and depth of knowledge across finance and commerce in diverse industries.Fanny Yum, MullenLowe China CEO commented: “We are thrilled that Gary is joining in us.
