MOM hunts for creative agency

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is on the hunt for a creative agency to manage its digital platforms for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to two years. The Gebiz tender will close on 26 March 2018.In 2016, MOM appointed Publicis as its creative agency for a year, with the option to extend for another. The appointment followed a pitch which saw agencies including Havas Worldwide Siren, Ogilvy & Mather, Gyro Communication, Tactic PR, Wild Advertising + Marketing, Mirum and Sparkflury creative consultants vying for the account.In 2015, Ministry of Manpower appointed a roster of agencies to handle its business.
