AirAsia has launched a partnership campaign #MisiAspirasiAirAsia together with Malaysian animated series Ejen Ali, in a bid to inspire and empower more children to be the future leaders of the world. Through the partnership, consumers can now watch the TV series via AirAsia's in-flight Wi-Fi service, ROKKI Wi-Fi, and a special children's meal called Lil's Star Combo. To kick-start the #MisiAspirasiAirAsia campaign Ejen Ali and AirAsia are inviting parents to submit videos of their children representing hero qualities via Instagram or Twitter. The competition runs until 31 December. Both parties will introduce a MATA Spy Jet, a dedicated airplane decked out with Ejen Ali livery, into AirAsia's fleet of Airbus A320, set to launch in January 2018.The partnership brings together the qualities of no mission ever being too small and the values of being aspirational, friendly, thrifty and kind, forming a call-to-action to children to be the best version of themselves that they aspire to be.“We are pleased to collaborate with Media Prima and bring forth an animated character, Ejen Ali as our ambassador. Children are as important as their parents to us at AirAsia. This partnership with Ejen Ali is catered to provide a fun experience to our young travellers, in addition to encouraging our young generation to unleash their talents and chase their dreams and achieve success at a young age, just like Ejen Ali," Aireen Omar, CEO of AirAsia, said.“It has always been our intention at WAU for Ejen Ali to be a source of inspiration to the audience beyond just entertainment, and I believe this partnership is fulfilling that vision on a massive scale. Now, everyone can watch Ejen Ali on board AirAsia flights, and enjoy a special kids meal featuring Ejen Ali,” Usamah Zaid, CEO of WAU Animation, said.A+M has reached out to AirAsia for more information on the campaign.
