The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) has called a tender for an agency partner to provide content and social media publishing services. This is for its Family Development Group division, according to Gebiz.
The appointed agency will conceptualise the production and development of video and editorial content for the ministry’s Spark Connections campaign. It will also be responsible for the conceptualisation and production of a short five-minute film to shape mindsets about dating and marriage.
The agency will also undertake duties such as the execution of a social media contest with localised video content for data acquisition. Other optional items in the brief include the execution of a social media contest with localised video and editorial content for data acquisition.
Last year, the Social Development Network, under the Ministry of Social and Family Development, appointed Carbon Interactive as its digital agency of record to undertake the provision of digital content management in 2017. This appointment comes after a public tender announced late last year, with 10 agencies vying for the account.
