Millennial Media nabs MediaCom head of mobile

MediaCom’s head of mobile Andy Newton has left the company to join Millenial Media.Newton has spent more than two years with MediaCom and prior to that was Asia Pacific director of mobile services at the British Council, where he worked for over 10 years in various positions in both Singapore and Hong Kong.A spokesperson for Millenial Media confirmed his move to Marketing, but declined to comment on his official designation.Marketing understands Newton still has approximately one month left at MediaCom.Millennial Media is led by Asia Pacific managing director Robert Woolfrey, who took on the role of managing director Asia Pacific last month.
