Havas Group has consolidated its creative and media divisions to come under one regional P&L. Havas Creative Group and Havas Media Group will hence cease to exist to ensure agility and a seamless experience for clients. Meanwhile, the creative, media, healthcare and wellness business will now be classified as business units. In Asia Pacific, Mike Amour (pictured centre), presently CEO APAC Havas Creative Group, will be appointed as CEO Havas APAC Group effective immediately across the creative and media businesses. He will be responsible for overseeing all of the Havas Group agencies in the region, including 79 offices in 17 countries, with over 2,400 people.Meanwhile, Vishnu Mohan (pictured right), currently CEO Havas Media Group APAC, will become CEO, Havas Group India and Southeast Asia, responsible for all media and creative group agencies across those markets.Levent Guenes (pictured left), currently CEO Havas Creative Group Southeast Asia, will become chief growth officer, Havas Group APAC, with a primary focus on driving new ventures, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Both Mohan and Guenes will report to Amour.Following the move, the group appointed Dominique Delport as global managing director and chief client officer for the Havas Group, where he will oversee global client relationships, marketing initiatives and new business. This is the result of a centralised management of Havas’ four largest markets where chairmen were appointed at the group level: Chris Hirst for the UK, Alfonso Rodés for Spain and Yannick Bolloré for France and North America. In addition, Jorge Percovich, presently CEO Latin America Havas Media Group, has been appointed CEO Havas LATAM Group across the creative and media businesses.“For four years now, the #together strategy and the opening of our 47 Havas villages have transformed the way we work and serve our clients. Now it's all about extending Bolloré's vision and reinventing our industry by creating new standards, new offers and new services that blend the best of both worlds: relentless creativity and smart media accountability,” Delport said.“As the world moves faster and grows more complex, we believe we need to transcend the traditional definition of ‘creative’ and ‘media’ to better deliver for our clients. The appointments of Delport, Percovich and Amour will ensure we create the most modern approach to developing solutions, regardless of where the thinking begins,” Yannick Bolloré, CEO Havas Group, said.
