MediaCorp appoints Koh's replacement

MediaCorp has appointed Christina Chua as its senior vice president, marketing and sales planning, replacing Edwin Koh, who left earlier in the month.A MediaCorp spokesperson confirmed the appointment to Marketing, and that she has already begun in her new role.Chua is tasked with improving communication processes with internal and external customers, provide greater marketing synergy across all platforms, and drive revenue in tandem with all customer groups, he added. She reports to Irene Lim, head of sales & marketing, who took on Clifton Yong's role after he left in July this year.Chua has held senior management positions in sales and marketing for over two decades with experience across pan-Asia.Koh quit MediaCorp in early October this year after five years in the company and is the second senior departure the company has seen since the appointment of Shaun Seow as CEO.
