The top Malaysian broadcaster has presented its 2014 innovative programming line-ups and cross-platform at the Media Prima Television Networks Screenings on 8 November at the Planery Hall, KLCC.
Themed ‘Welcome to our Universe’, clients, advertisers, media friends and guests were invited to experience the entire Media Prima platform as a universe – consisting of the nation’s most watched television channels (TV3, ntv7, 8TV and TV9) as well as its other platforms such as official websites, social media, on-ground events and its digital platform (Tonton and Gua.com.my), radio stations (Hot FM, Fly FM and One FM), print media and out-of-home advertising platforms.
Media Prima is expected to bring over 100 new programmes across all its channels, including local blockbusters, reality shows, documentaries and more.
Ahmad Izham Omar, chief executive officer television networks, Media Prima said that its focus for 2014 is to showcase content that has the ability to engage viewers across various demographics, while bringing them together through our media platforms.”
Media Prima boasts an audience base of 24 million everyday on both terrestrial and satellite television networks. Tonton has also capitalised on the growing online viewers to draw up 8 million video views per month.
