Media Prima and Pavilion KL partner up for Hari Raya celebrations

Media Prima Television Networks has partnered up with Pavilion KL to launch ‘Laman Idaman’, which is a celebration inspired by the joy of Ramadan and Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

The celebration started off with a launch ceremony by CEO of retail, Pavilion KL, Joyce Yap, and chief executive officer of Media Prima Television Networks, Datuk Kamal Khalid. A giant remote control ignited the festival by switching on the LED screen at the Centre Court to illustrate the bonding ties between the mall and the media company.

Pavilion KL’s director of marketing, Kung Suan Ai said, “Hari Raya is a festive celebration that is not just for families but the entire community. Here at Pavilion KL, we are always looking to present events that will create an unforgettable shopping experience for all in the mall. We are proud to be the first mall to partner with Media Prima Television Networks for their annual Hari Raya celebration and are pleased to be the hub for celebrity appearances and festive activities to our shoppers.”

Datuk Kamal Khalid,CEO, Media Prima Television Networks added, “This year, we are honoured to collaborate with Pavilion KL, Malaysia’s premier shopping destination, in organising this ‘Syukur Selalu’ campaign. This is the first collaboration between Media Prima Television Networks and Pavilion KL. The line-up of activities at Pavilion KL are catered to all races including international tourists.”

Apart from promoting the ‘Syukur Selalu’ programmes, two booths will be set up in the Pavilion KL Centre Court that is ‘Syukur Selalu Bersamamu’ and ‘Syukur Selalu’ Digital.

The ‘Syukur Selalu Bersamamu’ booth is meant to help orphans achieve their dreams this Syawal whereas the ‘Syukur Selalu’ Digital booth will show users how they can download applications such as Syukur Selalu, Tonton, CJ wow Shop, Jalan Jalan Cari Makan, Full A Mark, Harian Metro e-paper, New Straits Times e-paper, Berita Harian e-paper, Ejen Ali, Hot FM, Kool FM and ZIP. Pavilion KL will continue on its Charity At Heart CSR initiatives this Hari Raya by supporting Media Prima in its Syukur Selalu Bersamamu charity efforts.

Shoppers will also get an opportunity to break fast with celebrities including Fattah Amin, Janna Nick, and Fasha Sandha on 30 June 2016 when they spend RM1,000 in a single receipt at specialty stores.

Official car partner this festive season, BMW will also be showcasing its first ever BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer at the Main Entrance of Pavilion KL with a message to drive home safe this Hari Raya. The new series combines generous amounts of space, safety and functionality with dynamism and style, great for families of all sizes.
