Adtech and big data firm BlisMedia has invited leaders from the digital advertising world to showcase their cocktail creativity.Welcome to BlisMedia’s “Golden Shaker 2015 Asia Pacific” competition. Each team has carefully worked on their masterpieces, guided by world-renowned barmen from the good folks at Proof & Company and they will all come together for a grand finale on 16 June where one team will be crowned the ‘Golden Shaker’.For the next five weeks we at Marketing Magazine will be documenting the teams experiences, as they become cocktail masters and prepare for the big final.First off the mark was Team Vizeum who started strong opting for a Gin base across all their creations coupling it with some of their favourite ingredients. A zingy flavored cocktail called the “Viz-zing” was chosen by the team to take into the grand finale!Team Omnicom shortly followed with an open strategy and team members selected some of their personal favourites. The top choice was a twist on the traditional mojito finished off with a foamy Aperol surprise.Will these teams have the winning formula to take the title? The idea behind this competition was to bring together media agency heads and tap into their creative minds at BlisBar - BlisMedia’s private bar. Their task was to develop an impressive cocktail that best represents their company’s brand but also to have a fun afternoon out of the office.The winner will be awarded with a golden bar shaker in a grand finale that will be held in June at a secret location.
