Marketing restructure at Kimberly-Clark

Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific has undergone a major restructure, where marketing duties have been split according to the respective business units.With Michelle Froah, the APAC marketing lead exiting the company, the new structure will see Rahul Asthana, regional marketing director & sector leader ASEAN take on the role of marketing director for the Baby and Child Care business.He will also have additional responsibilities for digital and e-commerce, and will be based in Singapore.Amrit Patil will lead marketing for the adult and feminine care for Asia Pacific whilst also looking after marketing capability for the region. Patil is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.These developments were confirmed by a spokesperson from Kimberly Clark.Asthana and Patil will both own different agency relationships.Meanwhile, the restructure sees Michelle Froah, senior marketing director APAC, exiting the company. The spokesperson confirmed her departure to Marketing. Froah was in the role since July 2012 and first joined Kimberly Clark as global marketing director of Feminine Care.Prior to that, she held various senior level positions at Procter & Gamble.
