Lowe Profero sets foot in Thailand

Lowe Profero, the digital arm of Lowe and Partners, is opening a new office in Bangkok, expanding its presence in the Southeast Asian region.  The Lowe Profero launch in Bangkok adds to the existing Lowe and Partners Group offering in Thailand – including advertising agency Lowe Thailand and activation agency Lowe Open.The office is launching with existing clients Danone Nutricia, Heineken, Mercedes-Benz, Tiger Beer and Unilever plus recent regional wins including iconic brands Vogue Eyewear and Ray-Ban. Rob Hall (pictured right), current general manager of Lowe Open in Thailand will lead the new office and a team of 25. Hall was previously digital director at Leo Burnett Thailand.Hall said the new office was a crucial strategic hub for the business in a rapidly growing region. He added: “The Lowe Profero approach of integrating creativity and technology to create client solutions is incredibly well suited to developing strong local digital services.”Lowe Profero’s co-founder and global CEO Wayne Arnold (pictured left) said: “We see this new office as a logical extension of our global strategy, complementing our already strong network in SEA and across the APAC region."Lowe Thailand CEO Supavadee Tantiyanon welcomed the addition of Lowe Profero to the region.She said: “Consumers are online a great deal of the time no matter where they are physically. Having Lowe Profero adding to our portfolio will enhance our capabilities in digital to meet our clients integrated marketing needs."The office joins the Lowe Profero Asia Pacific network that includes Singapore, three offices in mainland China plus Hong Kong, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo. Most recently Lowe Profero promoted Radhe Vaswani to the position of managing director for Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
