Lighthouse expands editorial talent

Lighthouse is pleased to announce the appointment of two seasoned reporters to the Hong Kong office to bolster the company’s flagship titles Human Resources and Marketing.Joining Human Resources is Anthony Wong, who takes on the role of Hong Kong editor to spearhead its growth in this dynamic and fast-moving market.Wong will oversee the editorial direction of the Hong Kong edition, which launched with a quarterly print edition and a series of live events earlier this year. He joins Lighthouse from the South China Morning Post, where he worked on Classified Post.Working alongside regional editor Aditi Sharma Kalra, he will oversee the digital and print editions, in addition to the live events.“It’s a really exciting time for the Human Resources brand,” Sharma Kalra said.“We have big plans for the Hong Kong market and having someone with the knowledge and connection that Anthony brings is a major asset.”Marketing magazine additionally pleased to announce the appointment of Inti Tam as deputy editor.Tam joins Marketing from Headline Daily, where she was responsible for breaking local and international news, as well as overseeing the newspaper’s social media strategy.As deputy editor she will take charge of day-to-day operations of Marketing, from breaking news to audience growth and a growing portfolio of live events.Matt Eaton, editor of Marketing, said it was great to have Tam join the team.“We are very excited to have Inti on board. We have a big few months ahead of us with Spark Awards, PR Awards and her experience in the media industry has already proved to be a benefit."Both Wong and Tam started their roles this week.
