Kantar TNS names new regional head of customer strategies

Global insights consultancy Kantar TNS has appointed Stephane Sanchez as regional head of customer strategies, Asia Pacific. Sanchez will take up the position in March, based out of the Singapore office.In his new role, Sanchez will lead and develop the company’s customer strategies practice across Asia Pacific markets, directing a dedicated team of customer experience experts to help clients unlock the moments that develop customer relationships and deliver effective customer experience strategies.Sanchez joins from Caterpillar, where he was global customer experience & design project manager, responsible for global transformation work streams, expertise and talent development, and innovation projects. He has over ten years’ experience in the region.Jon Foged, chief strategy and business development officer, APAC, Insights, Kantar, said: “As new technologies continually reinvent the customer journey, clients in Asia are looking for a deeper understanding of their customer relationships across diverse and dynamic markets.
