Kanmo Retail Group has appointed Capillary Technologies as its omni-channel partner. Following the appointment, the agency will be managing a portfolio of more than 70 brands such as Mothercare, Karen Millen, Coach, Justice and T.M. Lewin among others, across Indonesia.
In addition, Capillary will be playing a strategic role to support the group’s mission to provide outstanding retail experiences to customers. This will be done through designing and powering of technology which looks to enable the business connect to online and offline customer journeys seamlessly.
Bhavin Patel, group omni-channel director at Kanmo Retail Group said the group recognises that Indonesia is undergoing a digital boom, and its growing need to build a omnichannel system that put its customers at the centre.
“To truly yield results for our omni-channel strategy, the group has to look beyond just engaging customers through offline and online means. We have to take into consideration all customer touch points across our various brands and integrate them seamlessly onto a single platform,” Patel said.
Patel added that the Capillary was the “perfect choice” as not only is the agency able to integrate all its existing systems and merge them into a single omnichannel experience platform, it also provides the group with the flexibility of scaling and easy deployment of the system accordingly.
“Additionally, the advanced AI-based reporting and actionable insights engine enabled us to analyse data across channels which in turn provide us business insights and allowing us to improve our campaigns,” Patel explained.
“We are excited to be working with Kanmo Retail Group and empowering their digital journey. With a passionate team at Capillary accompanied with Kanmo Group’s futuristic vision, we look forward to seeing a long-term and rewarding partnership,” Abhijeet Vijayvergiya, vice president and business head for Asia Pacific, Capillary said.
