About the Company

Chimaera is looking for an innovative Growth Hacker to help manage and enhance the company’s brand.

This individual must be self-motivated, strong ownership, results-oriented and intellectually curious in playing a critical role for maintaining & defining new processes and influence new marketing programs such as social marketing, social media analytics, and KPI’s including traffic and lead acquisition from our social channels to measure the Marketing programs and improve overall business impact.

About The Job

Responsibilities
• Define, track and grow KPIs
• Develop product growth concepts to test and evaluate
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
• Create strategies to engage those leads and convert them to customers
• Drive learning and optimization of funnel through experimentation, creative iteration, and A/B testing
• Pull data, analyze, and communicate results.
• Can own acquisition programs end-to-end, including integrating with third-party APIs.
• Oversee the end-to-end process for all campaigns including campaign builds, documentation, and post-campaign reporting
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify key gaps in current processes and systems, and optimize workflows for marketing and sales productivity
• Research, evaluate and implement tools and technology that will enable campaign innovation and improve performance
• Align operations, processes, and data structures across Marketing and Sales to impact business metrics
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Create campaign attribution reporting & give recommendations for optimizing campaign ROI
• Create and maintain metrics reports and dashboards on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.

Qualifications
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, experience using date and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, ad measure success
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and written communication skills.
• Bonus points for strategic development and management of demand generation, lead management, channel development, and product/market segmentation strategies.
• A product and growth mindset - analytical thinking, desire to test and learn, willingness to pivot
• Great communication skills and a knack for presenting results to groups in a clear, digestible manner
• A great mix of creative and analytical thinking
• The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals
• Interest in startups is a plus; you should be comfortable working in a small team and a fast-paced environment
