About The Job

• Be part of an integrated team to consult and deliver content marketing services, primarily for clients in the enterprise technology space
• To deliver creative work on a variety of briefs across various mediums, including display advertising, email, public relations, content marketing, social media and more
• Advise on how best to apply core messaging and brand values to a variety of content types (both internally and externally)
• Manages end-to-end production of earned and owned content, including project management of digital media production (see Appendix below)

About The Successful Candidate

The Content Services Consultant is responsible for the production and deployment of corporate and enterprise technology content assets as part of broader integrated communications campaigns. This often requires the individual to develop and execute on content campaigns, as well as project manage from start to finish. At the same time, the consultant would also be expected to be adaptable to various writing styles and audiences – from writing whitepapers, opinion articles and bylines for media placements to developing advertising or email copy. Experience in other forms of content production – namely video and graphics – is a bonus.

• Approx. 2 – 3 years’ experience in editorial services/journalism and/or content marketing in the enterprise technology space
• Strong competency in the written word, with ability to develop a repertoire of editorial styles
• Ability to provide conceptual briefs for visual communications assets, and work with designers, visual artists or videographers
• Professional client-facing manner, including the ability to conduct interviews with and gather content requirements from numerous stakeholders
• Nuanced understanding of content’s role in traditional media, social media and digital channels
• Preferred: background in journalism and media production
• Bonus: Basic to intermediate skills in storyboarding (for radio and videos) and conceptualisation of visual content (eg. infographics, social media graphics). Is able to implement frameworks to track content performance, both online and offline

• Written: editorial commentary (“by-lines”), story pitches, blog posts, social media posts (e.g. Tweets), eDMs (and other direct-distribution materials), case studies, whitepapers/research reports, creative copywriting for websites and brochures
• Digital Media: infographics (incl. interactive), copywriting for microsites and websites, videos (incl. animations), apps and games
• Ancillary assets: Storyboards, creative briefs
