About The Job

The current plan is to increase our involvement with more Chinese companies looking to build sustainable brand identities, expand digital and social media programs, as well as increase sales and marketing effectiveness, domestically as well as Western markets (Americas, Europe, etc) – so we seek a full-time (part-time or independent reps may be considered) consultative business developer (not high volume or high pressure) and account manager to help cultivate new business meetings plus support existing and new clients.

Working along side two of our most senior executives here in Shanghai, this opportunity requires the flexibility to assist with research and proposals, attend trade events, send emails, make sales calls, and attend meetings, along with a keen willingness to contribute, as well as listen and learn while doing rewarding and meaningful work.

About The Successful Candidate

• Bilingual (Fluent Chinese / Basic English)
• Proven business development / sales success
• Agency/Marketing experience

• Knowledge of medical devices / diagnostics / biotechnology
• Open to occasional travel within local region and other cities within China (<15%)

Total compensation (Salary plus profit sharing/commission) will be based on your combination of the above, plus how hard YOU want to work.
