Jeff Chan, managing director of Cohn&Wolfe-impactasia Hong Kong, has joined independent branding outfit Alchemy Asia to form a new PR division – Alchemy Communications.
Chan will lead the new practice and work in tandem with the Alchemy Asia’s strategy, branding, digital and communication teams.
Chan has 10 years PR and communications experience working with a wide spectrum of brands such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Pernod Ricard, The Hong Kong Jockey Club and the newly launched PMQ in Aberdeen Street.
“Our key focus is to create a holistic brand solutions for existing and future Alchemy clients by developing new offerings in PR, social media, events and integrated marketing communications,” she said.
The initial focus of the new division will be on areas Chan knows well from her past experience – hospitality, travel & tourism, corporate and professional services.
Alchemy’s roster financial clients will also be early beneficieries of these new capabilities.
