JCDecaux unleashes new OOH offering

OOH advertising company JCDecaux has launched an interactive media solution at Orchard Road with its first advertiser Lipton.  The campaign by Lipton titled “Savour a Lipton Moment” allows shoppers to discover new “possibili-TEAS” and ways of enjoying Lipton Tea. The campaign is fronted by international artist, George Young.The Lipton campaign is handled by Mindshare Singapore with creative work handled by Mindshare Discovery. Launched at ION Orchard, the new interact at ION is strategically located at a busy location to interact with the public.Sherlyn Sim, Lipton brand manager of Unilever Singapore, said that ION Orchard has a natural stream of lifestyle shoppers, making it a strategic location for the brand to effectively reach out to a group of consumers.“This is also our first interactive out of home digital campaign and we are excited to be the first advertiser on the INTERACT@ION. This platform is a good fit for Lipton, as we are looking to introduce new ways of enjoying tea. The interactive elements found on this platform helps us personalise our interaction with our target audience and also connect with them in a fun and engaging manner,” she added.“INTERACT@ION adds a new dimension to traditional outdoor advertising right in the heart of Orchard Road. Shoppers are able to interact and be a part of a new and fun experience,” Chris Chong, CEO Orchard Turn Developments said.
