Jack Morton taps Karen Chui as senior creative director

Jack Morton Worldwide has appointed Karen Chui to the role of senior creative director, replacing Dan Carter, who transfers to Jack Morton’s New York office.Chui has worked across a range of clients including P&G, Castrol, Nissan, Delta, Reckitt Benckiser, Asus, Intel and LVMH. Her agency experience also includes stints with Saatchi & Saatchi Shanghai and Digitas London and Hong Kong. She will be based out of Jack Morton's Shanghai office.“It’s hard to replace Dan, but I think our future is incredible with Karen on board," said Adam Charles, senior vice president and managing director at Jack Morton China. "The way Karen approaches projects will bring our clients an incredible new level of creative service and strategic insight.” Carter is relocating to Jack Morton’s New York office after four years leading creative and strategy in China. New York will be his fourth Jack Morton office, having found success in Sydney, Beijing and Shanghai. “I’m thrilled with what we’ve achieved in China, and I’ve no doubt Karen will add an exciting new dimension to our work with clients,” said Dan Carter, who has helped grow the Shanghai office significantly during his tenure.
