Iris Singapore bumps up Ed Cheong to ECD

Iris Singapore has made four senior promotions in its creative department. Ed Cheong (pictured centre) has been promoted to executive creative director to head the agency’s creative arm.He will report to Grant Hunter (pictured second from right), APAC regional executive creative director. Adam Yeo (pictured left) and Sylvester Poh (pictured right) have also been promoted to creative group heads, and Pearlyn Ong (second from the left) to senior creative.Cheong, previously creative director, has worked on brands such as Philips, LEGO and Samsung in the last two years. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for defining the creative ambition, and driving creative output across the whole Singapore agency.Yeo and Poh will focus on key clients in their new positions, and be responsible for pushing high standards of creative excellence on those accounts.“These well-deserved promotions are in recognition of the impact that Cheong, Yeo, Poh and Ong have had on the agency. Their names have been attached to some of our best works and we believe that in their new roles, they will further elevate our creative performance for clients,” Grant said.
