Imagine Group hires new director business director

TV production company Imagine Group Entertainment has appointed Patrick Schult as its director, business development. Schult joins Imagine Group from Media-Stable, where he served as the founder and CEO.Schult is based in Singapore and reports to Riaz Mehta, president and founder of Imagine Group Entertainment.Before Imagine Group Entertainment, Schult has had over 25 years experience in the media industry working across Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia in a variety of senior roles.Before joining the team at Media-Stable he was at FremantleMedia. He was in charge of overseeing production operations in Southern Europe and more recently held the role of CEO of FremantleMedia Asia. Schult helped drive key market entry strategy for FremantleMedia in Asia. Schult also launched media brands such as ‘Idols’, ‘Got Talent’ and ‘X Factor’ throughout Asia.Mehta said, “Our business in Asia is rapidly expanding and Schult brings a breadth and depth of experience that will help us grow exponentially.”Schult said, "Mehta saw the opportunity to align brands to entertainment properties long before anyone else did and I look forward to working with his team to expand on his success stories”.
