Health Promotion Board (HPB) has settled part of its creative pitch, handing it to DDB.
According to Gebiz, the awarded value is SG$ 1,512,864. Also in the pitch were BBH, Grey Group, Iris Singapore, Ogilvy & Mather, XM Asia Pacific.
DDB will take care of HPB’s Healthy Lifestyle, Infectious Diseases initiatives as well as other public education initiatives.
Marketing also understands that more creative duties have yet to be settled.
The account was first up for grabs nearly a year ago and the current contract expires this April. The new contract is for a period of two years.
The incumbents for the account are DDB and Ogilvy while the incumbent for the media buying is OMD.The review is part of its routine renewal process every two years.
HPB also recently appointed Cassandra Tay as director of the corporate marketing & communications division and she replaced former marketing lead Vernon Vasu. Meanwhile it also appointed GolinHarris as its PR agency mid last year.
