HPB calls for media pitch

Health Promotion Board (HPB) has called for a media pitch.It is looking to appoint a media agency to provide media strategies, planning, buying and implementation services for integrated marketing and communication campaigns for HPB’s various health initiatives. The appointment is for a period of one year with an option to extend for another year.According to a brief seen by Marketing, the appointed agency is expected to plan and recommend impactful and cost effective integrated through-the-line media strategies for HPB’s events and campaigns. Media strategies should help drive conversions like downloads and sign-ups.The appointed agency will be expected to plan the media schedule and recommend appropriate communication channels across offline (including event sponsorship/partnerships), digital display and performance media (i.e. Search, Google Display Network and Facebook etc.).The chosen agency will be also be tasked to provide post-campaign analysis and digital media solutions. The agency will collaborate with HPB’s appointed agencies to conceptualise and execute search engine marketing (SEM) for selected campaigns, the brief stated.Submission for the pitch closes  on 12 October 2015.In August, HPB picked Possible Worldwide as its digital agency following a pitch called in May.
