Prior to this, he was the managing director, Singapore, for Australian technology PR agency Spectrum Communications. In his new role, said the agency in a press statement, Raskin will explore new methods of staff development to help inspire the agency to produce "outstanding creative work" for clients. This will involve building out the agency’s new learning management system as well as finding innovative new ways to deliver short-form content, in addition to the more traditional workplace- and classroom-based learning.Raskin will work at a group level to support learning and development across the other CMG brands.Raskin said:  “I’ve been genuinely impressed by Golin’s ongoing commitment to challenge convention and drive change through their g4 model. Golin really understands the tremendous commercial difference professional development can make to their work, their clients and, of course, their business."Johnathan Hughes, international president, Golin, said: “People often talk about the lack of talent in Asia. While sometimes that’s the case, really the truth is that much more can be done to unlock the talent within existing teams, and that’s exactly what Phillip is here to help us do.”Raskin will report to Hughes.
