Padmanabhan Ramaswamy (Paddy) has launched a new startup named InsightzClub.
InsightzClub is a B2B marketplace to connect buyers of market research and data partners through programmatic technology. According to Ramaswamy, the platform will enable market research buyers to undertake market research in a more cost efficient and faster way while driving a higher data quality. The platform has been built using proprietary analytics and machine learning algorithms to match and serve the most relevant surveys to the most relevant consumers.
The service covers the Malaysia and Singapore. The startup will be headquartered in Malaysia and plans to expand its footprint soon.
Ramaswamy is no stranger to market research and analytics field, having more than 10 years of leadership experience in Insights and Analytics across APAC. He last worked as the head of analytics for GEMFIVE (an ecommerce startup invested by Hong Leong Group).
In the past he worked as the head of insights and analytics for Lazada Group (now part of Alibaba group) the largest e-commerce venture in Southeast Asia. He has also worked for Pointlogic (now acquired by Nielsen), IPG Mediabrands Malaysia & Nielsen India.
Ramaswamy said: “We live in a highly dynamic and fast paced world where enough market research is not being undertaken due to cost, time & data quality issues. We hope to plug this gap in the market through our solution.”
