Former Zeno ECD heads to creative agency TILT to grow business

Creative agency TILT has appointed Tony Ray Pereira as its business director, a newly created role. Prior to the appointment, Pereira was executive creative director at Zeno Group, where he was responsible for developing integrated digital campaigns for Intel, ASUS and Audi. He left the company in May last year.In his new role, Pereira will be responsible for leading content excellence and creative strategy. He will also undertake duties driving agency revenue and target. He reports to Tay Ling, managing director of TILT, and will work collaboratively to expand accounts.Pereira will oversee work for clients such as Performance Premium Selection Limited, Daikin, Menarini, Cordlife and  government clients such as NIE, NCSS, WSG, SSG, WSH Council and more.According to TILT, he has over 25 years of experience in growing his client's businesses through developing high impact, integrated marketing programmes. Before Zeno Group, Pereira held stints as a freelance creative director at agencies such as POSSIBLE, TBWA, Leo Burnett Singapore, to name a few. He was also a regional creative director at Dentsu Singapore and former chief creative officer at Dentsu Indonesia."We have seen more confidence with our clients in working with SMEs like us.
