Flock has appointed Leonard Wiguna (pictured right) as chief creative officer. Meanwhile, it also appointed Yerry Indrajaya (pictured left) as chief creative officers of Finch, an agency which is a subsidiary of Flock. Both roles are newly created and will see Wiguna and Indrajaya reporting to Ivan Hady Wibowo, CEO of Flock.
Wiguna is tasked with overseeing the creative output of the network and is also responsible for helping the team optimise its performance, results, and client service. Meanwhile, Indrajaya will be tasked with overseeing creative output for Finch.
Prior to the appointment, Wiguna was an executive creative director at J. Walter Thompson Indonesia for over one year. He has been with JWT since 2006 according to his LinkedIn, holding multiple senior creative roles. Before that, he was with McCann Erickson around four years, his last role being senior art director. He has 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, working for brands such as Johnson & Johnson, HSBC Bank, Yamaha, Toshiba, Bayer, Mazda, Ford, Nokia, and Dji Sam Soe. At JWT, he handled telco brands such as Telkomsel, Indosat, and XL.
Meanwhile, Indrajaya was ECD of Y&R Indonesia for around three years. He has more than 15 years of experience in Indonesian advertising and handled a wide range of brands over the course of his career. This includes Telkomsel, Danone AQUA, Johnny Walker, Gudang Garam Surya, Nutrition Royal, Bebelac, Orang Tua Group, Mayora, Unilever, and more. He also held stints at Colman Ideas, Bates Vietnam, Leo Burnett Kreasindo Jakarta, DDB Advis Indonesia and Draft FCB Indonesia, to name a few.
“Indrajaya used to be one of our toughest competitors. Not just the Aqua campaign, though, he has created a handful of campaigns that soon became the talk of the nation. He is one of the few people in Indonesia who truly understands what Flock needs in terms of creativity,” Wibowo, said.
“Wiguna is someone who I believe can take Flock to new creative heights. With him on the team, I am confident that our team and creative ammunition can see steroid-like growth in Indonesia. This is a person who is very much an authority when it comes to creative advertising,” Wibowo added.
Brands currently in Flock’s stable of clients include e-commerce site Tokopedia, Alfamart, Djarum, Tehbotol Sosro, and more.
