Ecosperity picks Tribal Worldwide SG for website relaunch

Sustainability conference series Ecosperity has selected Tribal Worldwide Singapore to relaunch its website, and implement the new technology using Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Based in Singapore, the conference brings together corporate leaders, innovators, policy‐makers, and experts from around the globe to probe sustainability challenges alongside hundreds of annual attendants. The agency was tasked to help grow Ecosperity from an event into a platform, positioning the conference series as a sustainability thought leader and content hub.

Tribal’s Customer Experience (CX) and new Business Technology Consulting units redesigned the website’s look and navigational flow and restructured existing content to ensure a seamless user journey.

Chris Chiu, chief creative officer of DDB Group Singapore said, “Over the last few years, we’ve worked hard on fostering a seamless co‐creation between UX specialists, business technology consultants, data analysts, and our creative teams to deliver great customer experience across digital touch points. Needless to say, it’s been a considerable culture shift. Nonetheless, we are now seeing the results of these efforts through the work created for our clients.”

Tribal Worldwide also took charge of redesigning the conference series’ accompanying event app, implementing key changes following an extensive user experience audit. The agency restructured the website to emphasise existing content, while also provide a smoother user experience for all visitors.
