Doremus continues Asia expansion

Global B-to-B communications agency Doremus, has strengthened its presence in Greater China by opening a wholly owned office in Shanghai. The move answers increasing demand for its services from China, expanding the agency’s network beyond existing offices in Beijing and Hong Kong.The Doremus Shanghai operation will be led by Marian Koa in the role of managing director for China, responsible for leading growth in Shanghai and across China which last year increased 25.2% for the agency.The agency's clients include Underwriter’s Laboratories, Danfoss, Tyson Foods and CFA.Koa is a seasoned strategic marketing and communications professional with 20 years of industry experience working in top leadership positions across Greater China for global networks such as Publicis, TBWA and Euro RSCG. “In Marian, we have appointed a leader with the strategic smarts to help solve our clients’ most complex business problems, the proven experience to manage integrated communications solutions, and most importantly the entrepreneurial spirit and energy to inspire the growing Doremus team in China,” said Howard Sherman, Doremus CEO.
