Disney Junior Asia has launched its “Magical Moments” campaign with Mediacorp OOH Media. This was done through an augmented reality stunt involving interactive 6-sheet panel at a bus stop next to the Tampines regional library.
As part of the campaign, a video showcasing the panels was created. It shows the interactive AR panel engaging families at a bus stop into via special character surprises from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Sofia the First, Miles from Tomorrowland and The Lion Guard, as well as a real life magical appearance from Mickey Mouse.
Since its launch a month ago, the video has garnered 8,763,251 views, 330,024 reactions and 44,450 shares. Watch it here:
“This location was strategically chosen near popular family hangout spots, based on our customer targeting insights, to effectively reach out to their desired audiences. Our advancements in outdoor technology also incited the novelty of being able to interact with Disney characters in real-time, creating memorable brand experiences for the whole family,” Henry Goh, head of OOH Media, said.
