Omnicom Media Group Hong Kong has promoted Deric Wong (right) from managing partner of strategy at OMD Hong Kong and China to CEO of OMD Hong Kong.
Roid Sin, currently CEO of OMD Hong Kong, will take up a group role as chief growth officer of Omnicom Media Group Hong Kong.
The new role will see Wong return to a full time Hong Kong based role over the coming three months. Wong will be charged with the leadership of OMD Hong Kong overseeing the talent, strategy, operations, growth and increasing the value proposition of the agency in the local market.
Sin and Wong will transition into their new roles over the next three months to ensure there is no disruption for the clients and OMD.
