Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired Gyro, an independent global creative agency dedicated to business-to-business (B2B) marketing. Following this acquisition, Dentsu Aegisâ€™ B2B media agency Interprise, which was launched earlier this year, will be integrated into Gyro.
In Asia Pacific, given the strength in the market, BandInterprise â€“ the official brand name of Interprise in the region, and Gyro, will each remain a standalone B2B offering. With this complementary combination of creative offering, media expertise, top thought leadership, data and analytics, the combined gyro entity is now the largest in the world to specifically focus on the important, growing B2B marketing sector.
Gyro will remain headquartered in the US, with an expanded global footprint across the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UAE.
