Cohn & Wolfe expands China ops to Guangzhou

Cohn & Wolfe has expanded its China footprint to Guangzhou after being appointed to manage public relations for FMCG giant Colgate.The account will be based in Guangzhou, where the team will provide services from online content creation and design, ecommerce, video development and social and digital media for a range of Colgate brands.Tiffany Bai (pictured), managing director of Cohn & Wolfe China, will oversee the new office along with the Shanghai and Beijing office to drive growth across the country.Cyrus Yeung, who joins the firm after nine years in marketing communications at Procter & Gamble China, will oversee the Guangzhou office as market leader, reporting to Bai.Apart from Colgate, the agency has added a string of new clients in China including AliCloud (Alibaba Cloud Computing), Asics, Cameron Pace Group, United Airlines and Wyeth.The brand communications agency already represents Colgate in more than 10 markets across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.“It is the perfect time for Cohn & Wolfe to establish a presence in Guangzhou.
