Clinton Simpson moves to UM

Carat’s international client president  for APAC Clinton Simpson has taken on the role of  EVP of global managing partner at Universal McCann (UM) WW.He started the role earlier this month, according to Simpson's LinkedIn profile.Sean O' Brien, CEO APAC, Carat confirmed Simpson's departure, saying that the company would announce his replacement soon.Simpson took on the role of international client president - APAC  at Carat in June 2012. He first came to Asia in 2009 to take up the position of managing director UM/Initiative Singapore.UM could not be reached at the time of publishing.After two years he was given added responsibility to take on the leadership role for key global clients in Asia, then transitioned to managing partner IPG/Mediabrands Asia 2011.
