Choo to retire from Gosh and 4As

Theodore Choo, founder of Gosh Advertising and leading industry figure, is retiring from the ad industry to explore entrepreneurial projects.Choo, chairman of the Better Business unit at the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents and CEO of Gosh Advertising, has retired from both roles, saying that he will leave the industry.Choo founded and led Gosh Advertising for the past 12 years and has sold his stakes in the company to partner Nicholas Chan.Chan will lead the agency in the interim while the agency looks for a new CEO.Choo also previously led the 4As as president until Bernard Chan took over as CEO as of last year.Choo said that he would be working on social enterprise projects in the region and will firm up his future plans by next year.
