Cecilia Chan leaves MediaCom for Dentsu

Cecilia Chan, managing director of MediaCom Hong Kong, has taken on a new role as client service director at Dentsu Hong Kong.Chan, who had been with the media agency for more than 10 years, told Marketing she was looking to experience a different area of the industry.“It is always good to go for something new after years working in an international media agency, and now shifted to a Japanese-based creative agency.”She said her experience in media fits perfectly in Dentsu as the firm is in lack of a media team.“My duties have not differed much from my previous position as I keep on handling client servicing in Dentsu; but the agency nature is something new for me."It is understood that MediaCom is still on the lookout to fill the position.
