In conjunction with the UEFA EURO 2012 Championship, Catcha Publishing has released its Ultimate EURO 2012 Guide magazine, in partnership with Carlsberg, Nivea and PANINI.The magazine contains vital information including team stats, history of the competition, top 10 greatest managers, interviews with EURO legends and even quirky information on mascots."The EURO 2012 Championship is the second largest soccer event, so it's a great opportunity to capitalise on the soccer craze, while there is also a spillover effect from the end of other soccer events. The guide is relevant to the market and we pride ourselves as being innovators in publishing special interest magazines," Catcha Publishing general manager Voon Tze Khay told A+M.This special edition is published in partnership with Carlsberg and comes with a complimentary Official UEFA EURO 2012 Sticker Collection by PANINI, which is also the company licensed by UEFA EURO 2012 to produce soccer-themed stickers.Voon adds that Carlsberg, on as the anchor sponsor, gets the most in terms of brand advertising and the magazine pages feature Carlsberg EURO messages to the readers and a EURO 2012 Giant Wall Chart sponsored by the brewery.Partnering with Mynews.com and Newsplus, Catcha is also giving away free 50ml NIVEA Black and White Roll, and 50ml NIVEA for Men Whitening Nutri Repair worth RM13 each with every copy of the magazine purchased.Voon says it plans to organise a viewing party. However, no details are revealed yet.The special interest magazine, which also has Sharp and Hyundai as advertisers, hit newsstands last week and will see a distribution of 20,000 copies nationwide.
