BMW Malaysia has appointed Next Digital KL as its customer relationship management (CRM) agency for the year 2015 and 2016.
Next Digital will be responsible in supporting BMW Malaysiaâ€™s CRM needs including BMWâ€™s White Card Programme which offers exclusive privileges specifically tailored for BMW owners in the country.
â€śNext Digital clearly demonstrated their understanding of our needs and goals for our CRM campaigns as well as the direction we are looking to proceed in the future,â€ť David Owen, BMW Malaysiaâ€™s head of marketing said.
Janet Teo, CEO of Next Digital KL, added that the win is â€śproof of how clients believe the agency can help them prosper in an age when digital and traditional marketing lines are becoming increasingly blurred.â€ť
The new appointment boosts Next Digitalâ€™s CRM portfolio which currently includes FMCG milk brands Anmum and Anlene.
