Bates CHI & Partners sees senior departures

Louise Kuegler(pictured), managing director, Bates CHI & Parters will leave the agency by December this year. Kuegler moved to the agency from Ogilvy in April this year.Another senior departure is Mark Sinnock, chief strategy officer. Sinnock moved from Ogilvy to Bates Asia in mid 2012, and has also left as of last month. Jason Aspes, executive creative director left in August this year. Aspes is now the global group creative director at Ogilvy & Mather in Atlanta, Georgia.CEO David Mayo confirmed all the departures to Marketing."Now that we are coming to the end of our first year we are putting new management into place to deliver our 4YP. Mark Sinnock left several weeks ago and Louise leaves in December to return to their respective countries for very personal reasons and Jason relocated to America to take a top job. They will all be replaced," said Mayo.The agency is close to announcing new senior hires in creative strategy and Singapore leadership shortly, added Mayo.Regarding the creative department, the agency will be looking to make a senior regional creative appointment next year instead. Ex-Bates lead John Ng also left in August this year.
